About me

I am a property investor and have been since 2014. Here is a little bit of background.

CONSULTATION

I first bought a flat in London in 2014. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, but I got some advice, did a refurb on it and then remortgaged it.

AGENT

With the funds from the remortgage I was able to purchase two flats in the North West of England. I have since the continued to re-use this model and build a portfolio of property in Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside

INSURANCE

I have made more mistakes than I care to remember and wasted money unnecessarily along the way. However, I feel I have sufficient experience to help people to avoid the mistakes I have made and the knowledge to help grow a successful property portfolio, however big or small.
